strategy formulation and implementation

How do you formulate workable strategies? The success of every small business depends on the actions taken by the entrepreneur and the results achieved. But you need to understand that being profitable is not a one day event or something that happens overnight but is a process which requires continuous learning. This means that every time you fail in business, it should be a challenge to make you sharper in future. One of the most encouraging aspects of small business management is that information is readily available.

Unfortunately many business managers and entrepreneurs end up frustrated because they lack proper business strategies to implement these techniques. I must admit at this point that it is one thing to have the ideas and quite a different one to implement them. Idea formulation and implementation need different approaches. If business management was all about knowing what to do, then we would not have unsuccessful managers who have read much on management. This means that the fact that you have much material from well known strategists and business managers does not necessarily mean that you will be successful.

I want you to know that application is a better challenge for you than acquiring the information. The truth of the matter is that some information that is useful to your competitors may be unhealthy for you and therefore work against you. In fact, if your competitor is using one strategy, you need to look for a better one that can counter your competitor’s. Thou many writers have done a lot of writing on business management skills, very little has been written on implementation. This has made it difficult for many ambitious people to arise and become effective chief executive officers. Of course many young people are wondering what successful people may have done to bring them to their current state. As you well know, a successful business must have an effective manager. But how do you become one? Nevertheless, I advise people to concentrate on customers and not competitors.

From the article: How to Use the MySpace Website Editor

What makes you mad about the MySpace website editor? I’ve been hearing lots of comments about how people’s profiles are getting stuck and they can’t be changed ever since the implementation of the 2.0 MySpace website editor. How about you? What about the MySpace website editor is making you mad?

If you have a question about the MySpace Editor, post your question here.

MySpace Won’t Let Me Revert To 1.0

For years I have been used to 1.0. Now I’m stuck with 2.0. I can’t revert back. Myspace is not helping me. They banned me from making complaints about it to the help team. I’m out-raged by this. Like many, I do not like 2.0. It should not be forced upon us anymore. We should have the option to choose what profile we would like as our default. I hope Myspace will come to their senses and enable the option back soon. ..Myspace need to be Myspace, stop trying to be the next Yahoo, Facebook and Twitter. If anyone reads this, please help us on getting back 1.0. Thank You.

I’M DONE WITH 2.0

2.0 is the worst thing in this world. It almost makes me want to leave MySpace. And, the worst part is ‘Tom’ makes it impossible to yell at him for it!

—Guest Absolutely Done

I Hate 2.0

So now if you wanna make a MySpace account your stuck with the 2.0 profile ! I think it’s so stupid, confusing, waist of time !!! I want to go back to the old 1.0 profile but I cant ;[

—Guest Elizabeth

Try it out

I decided to try out MySpace profile editor, but I think it’s really bad. I preferred it before. When i click on “go back to 1.0″ it wont let me. I click start from scratch and the next second it comes up with “welcome to myspace 2.0.” It’s really annoying.

Profile Containd CSS Code

The MySpace profile editor doesn’t work for me anymore. It says… “Your current profile contains some CCS code. This may cause your themes to display incorrectly.” Then I pressed OK, then nothing comes up. What does that mean? What should I do?

What is a Blogger?

Category: blogger — Tags: , , – admin @ 4:01 pm

The world has really changed in the past decade or so, especially with the introduction of the Internet onto the scene. Not only does the Internet give us access to a variety of different information at our fingertips, it also provides an opportunity for anybody to add to that information. Regardless of who you are, what you believe or what you would like to write about, the Internet will welcome the input. Of course, the easiest way for you to do this is to become a blogger. If you’re wondering, what is a blogger, here is a little bit of information to help you.

There are a variety of different methods of putting information onto the Internet. If you have the computer programs to do so, you can build webpages that contain information, upload them to a website and they will be publicly available to anybody who happens to stumble across it. This is something that many people find quite difficult to do, however, because there is some coding that is involved in the process. If you would like to get your information out onto the Internet and do not want to have to spend all of your time learning a new programming language, a blog is certainly the way to go. Once you begin posting to your blog, you will become a blogger. So if you are asking, what is a blogger, that is the simple answer. Of course, it goes much further than that.

There are several different types of bloggers that are on the Internet. Some of them are out there in order to promote some kind of viewpoint that they have but they are not necessarily interested in earning money from it. At the beginning of it all, a blogger would not dare to post any commercial information onto their website as they would be quickly shunned by the blogging community. Today, however, millions of blogs are on the Internet and many of them support themselves through commercial advertising.

The best way for you to learn more about what a blogger actually is, is to set up a blog for yourself and begin using it. You may just find that it is quite enjoyable and it gives you an avenue to post information or whatever happens to be on your mind. They can also be a means to set up a business on the Internet, but there are some certain steps that you need to take in order to do so. Regardless of what you decide to do, however, you have become a blogger once you begin.
